To return a product please follow the instructions below:
1. log into your account
2. select order history
3. select search
4. click order number you wish to return
5. click on 'create return'
6. select product/s (tick box)
7. state reason
8. click on create
Once your returns form has been received by us - we will e.mail you with a returns authorisation number and instructions on how to return your goods.
Returns Policy Statement
In ALL cases we would ask that you allow us to arrange the collection on your behalf.
14-day “no quibble” guarantee. We operate a "no quibble” guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from date of receipt. Our aim is to issue, within seven working days of receipt of the returned goods, a refund of the price you paid for the item/s, less the cost of the collection at £15.00.
Items delivered direct from manufacturer. Our 14-day “no quibble” guarantee still applies. We are happy to make arrangements for collection of goods. However, you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods. This cost will be advised to you before collection and deducted from your credit / refund.
Our error. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will gladly arrange for the collection of the goods and refund all items including any delivery charges you incurred.
Faulty goods. If the product you purchase is faulty we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate.
Goods damaged in transit. If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within seven days. If goods are visibly damaged upon receipt, it is very important to sign for the goods as “Damaged on arrival” or refuse the delivery with the courier. Then contact us immediately and our customer services team will arrange for replacement or refund.
Goods returned outside of 14-days. We will discuss with our customers the return of products outside of the 14-day “no quibble” guarantee. However, in these instances there will be a re-stocking fee of £25.00 or 25% of the order value whichever is the greater value.
Warranty repairs. Where a product is supported by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will uphold such warranties and handle each claim within the individual manufacturer’s terms.
